Always "On" has appointed and contracted third party service providers to support our 3 phase customers in N.A.
ISO 9001 Registered Facilities
Always "On" products are manufactured in ISO 9001 registered facilities and, in conjunction with experienced engineers, maintain quality control and continued research and development to ensure a M.T.B.F. of 5 years.
Personnel
Always "On" presently employs four electrical engineers, five electronic engineers and twelve technicians to support the QA, design, production and manufacturing personnel.
Personalized Service!
At Always "On", DOA products are a non-occurrence, as all units are fully charged and tested before shipping. The design, manufacturing, assembly and quality control are all completed to ISO 9001 requirements.
Warranty
To allow for those instances where a failure is suspected and proven, Always "On" offers Repair or Exchange Warranty on the single phase UPS's and on-site repair for the larger 3 phase sizes (registration requirements apply). See our Warranty Policy and Extended Warranty Options.
Liability Insurance
Always "On", by private carrier, provides 10 million dollar liability insurance coverage.
Distribution
Always "On" appoints exclusive vertical market distributors for each province or state. Always "On" UPS Systems Inc. will not directly sell to discount houses, depots or mass merchandisers. Our distributors are our partners in profit and we work directly with our distributors to maintain price competitiveness, while continuing to supply the highest degree of quality and reliability and ensuring the highest of margins.
Value Added
Always "On" UPS products include power monitoring and computer shutdown software.
Additional Support
Always "On" provides a product cross-reference and a UPS selector on our web site, to allow for quick cross-references to competitors' models, and a UPS selector when the VA or Watts specifications are known.
Always "On" also provides engineering, sales and training slide presentations on the web site, as well as all product information.
UPC Codes
Always "On" has now incorporated UPC numbers for all products.
